No amateur chalet food and cheap plonk is served here. Two of our award winning chefs from The Royal Hotel will prepare mouth-watering dishes. These chefs have worked for us for over five years and prior to this received their training in some of the worlds finest restaurants: Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, The Dorchester, The Square off Bond Street and Chewton Glen.
We put as much care into your breakfast as we do your evening meal. There is a varied selection everyday, including a cooked breakfast with eggs cooked exactly how you like them, fresh fruits, cereal and freshly baked croissants.
When you return from skiing, our staff will have afternoon tea laid out ready for you to help yourselves and will ensure the sauna and jacuzzi are ready for you to unwind in.
Before we start the evening meal you can relax in front of the fire and enjoy your aperitif. Dinner is a very special occasion every night and we have listed below some sample menus. If you have any specific dietary requirements or simply do not like certain foods, our chefs will only be too pleased to show off their talents and create a meal especially for you. In addition to all this, we offer complimentary wine and after dinner liqueurs each evening.
Our chefs have one night off per week, so we will book you a table at one of the many local restaurants on this night.
