Chalet Royale is perfectly located to explore some of the best skiing in the French Alps. The nearest ski lift is three minutes away and connects to the vast ski area of Megève and St.Gervais. With your 'Evasion Mont Blanc' ski pass you are connected to 450km of slopes.
The broad roomy pistes are perfect for intermediate skiers, whilst the nursery slopes of Mont d'Arbois offer numerous green and blue runs. Much of the skiing in Megève is set amongst the trees and the off piste is far less skied than other areas around Mont Blanc.
The Skiing in Megeve & St. Gervais
Every day you will be taken to the ski lift of your choice and collected at a pre-arranged time. If required, an additional drop off and collection can be arranged throughout the day. Having skied for many years we fully understand what makes a perfect day in the mountains. Our staff are meticulously trained to ensure you have a hassle-free day. From carrying your skis if you are tired to booking the best restaurants, you can be assured of our five star service.
Skiing in Chamonix and Argentiere
For more challenging skiing you are ideally placed to explore the land of Chamonix and Argentière. Off piste skiers from all over the world come and share their passion for the snow in this legendary ski domain. Chamonix is just 25 minutes away by car. Our staff and guides will arrange all the necessary transport.
We work closely with a few guides who understand our clients high expectations. It is also possible to arrange to meet your pre-booked guides at the Chalet Royale and talk through the various possibilities for each day of your holiday. This can range from the Vallee Blanche to heli-skiing or just enjoying the local area and working on improving your technique. Throughout April we can also arrange ski touring for back country skiing. Whatever you choose to do, our guides will leave you with fantastic, lasting memories of the 'montagne'. Using our local guides does add an additional cost, but the service and enhanced skiing experience is well worth it.
