"William Bailey and his team of staff at The Royal Hotel gave first class attention to our booking. The Chalet is first class, warm and welcoming. As two families travelling together it made an ideal place to stay and the sauna and hot tub was a fantastic bonus - sitting in the hot tub and admiring the spectacular views was one of the highlights!
The hospitality was home from home, with first class dining and service from start to finish. The balance between service and relaxed atmosphere sometimes difficult to achieve was struck perfectly. Literally nothing was too much trouble. Ski hire arrangements and lift passes were efficiently taken care of. We had the ski guiding expertise of one of the fantastically experienced ski and mountain guides who took us to ski in areas we would never of found - let alone dared to go!"
